- Sizes listed reflect the PRINT (PAPER) size without the frame or mat.
- Adding a FRAME WITHOUT A MAT will make the finished display size just under 2 inches taller + wider than the print size you choose.
- Adding a FRAME WITH A 2" MAT (used for print paper sizes 16x24 & smaller unless otherwise requested) will make the finished display size just under 6" inches taller + wider than the print size (including combined print, frame moulding & mat width.)
- Adding A FRAME WITH A 3" MAT - (used for print paper sizes larger than 16x24 unless otherwise requested) will make the finished display size just under 8" inches taller + wider than the print size.
- UNFRAMED prints are measured at the photo itself and do not include a border unless requested. (Full bleed and sized as listed.)

- Frames are professionally handcrafted in the USA of premium solid wood mouldings in a black, white, or natural blonde oak finish. Moulding widths are 7/8" wide with a simple, clean, modern gallery style profile.
- All direct- ship framed prints are with shatter-resistant Optical-grade clear view acrylic plexiglass. (Not traditional glass)
- Optional 2" or 3" mats are single white + acid free. (We use 2" mats are used for prints 16x24 and smaller, whereas 3" mats are used to beautifully enhance prints larger than 16x24. You are welcome to request wider/narrower custom mat widths at no additional charge. Message me with your inquiry or indicate your preference in the note to seller section at checkout.
- Arrives ready to hang with a finished backing pre-installed with sturdy hanging hardware appropriate to the frame size/weight (either a sawtooth or wire hanger depending on size)

Each print is protected beneath shatter-resistant Optical-grade clear view acrylic plexiglass. This modern industry standard is superior in clarity to traditional glass and extremely shatter-resistant, making transport, hanging, and display in high traffic home areas stress-free. Still prefer traditional glass? Opt for the unframed print option and look into stock frames or local framers/craft store framing departments (i.e. Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, etc.)

Each photograph (framed or unframed) is professionally printed on pro-grade archival luster photographic paper or archival mat fine art paper (depending on the image & finish) w/ archival inks. Both of these premium papers are used by professional photographers worldwide due to the way it maximizes colors, depth, & details while also maintaining them for generations under normal home display.
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚?
Each FRAMED PRINT is safely sealed and secured in damage-resistant art packaging. They do take a little time to open & unpack due to my framer going the extra mile with protective packaging to give them the best chance to arrive in the perfect condition that we feel you deserve, but hopefully it will be worth the effort! :)
Unframed prints 11x14 and smaller will arrive in sturdy boutique packaging, beautifully suited for gifting. Larger unframed prints will either be securely shipped in a sturdy art shipping box or a rigid spiral-wound cardboard art shipping tube in standard art packaging.
DAMAGE-FREE GUARANTEE: If for any reason, your print is delivered in anything less than perfect condition, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost.

All framed & unframed prints are custom printed to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact me with any questions about sizing, materials, etc. before placing your order. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. In the event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the issue and packaging and contact me via Etsy or via email at hello [!at] shannonhoward.photography. Upon review, a replacement will be sent with priority.

We work hard to achieve the most beautiful color accuracy for your print but please keep in mind that monitor color balances vary (especially iPhones & tablets w/ True-Tone technology that changes with the type of light you’re in). Finished print colors may have subtle differences from what you see on your monitor depending on your device & its color calibration. The tones of your print also will appear differently throughout the day as the warmth and amount of light changes within your space from morning to evening. This is normal, natural, and part of the beauty of the relationship between light and art. :)
